The contents of zinc, iron, copper, calcium and magnesium in 30 cases of acute ocular degeneration (experimental group) and normal people (control group) were measured by atomic absorption spectrometry. , Cadmium (Cd) content changes. The results showed that the contents of Zn, Fe, Ca and Mg in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), while the contents of Cd in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.01). Although the content of Cu in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The Cu / Zn ratio in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Description of visual acuity and body Zn, Fe, Cu, Ca, Mg content decreased
