最适宜的播种时期,对大豆产量高低有很大的影响,这已由许多试验和农民的实践所证明。但播种时期对大豆籽粒含油量的影响,则研究的很少。Weiss,weber.Wiuiams 及 Probst(1950)在美国北部进行的试验指出:延迟大豆播种时间,虽然对籽粒中蛋白质含量影响不大,但能降低含油量,尤以迟熟种为然。(1928)在东北北部研究播种期和大豆籽粒化学成分关系的试验指出:晚期播种能降低含油量,而蛋白质含量有增加的趋势。
The most appropriate period of sowing has a large effect on the level of soybean production, as evidenced by many experiments and farmer practices. However, the effect of sowing time on the oil content of soybean grains is less studied. Weiss, weber.Wiuiams and Probst (1950) conducted experiments in the northern part of the United States that delayed soybean sowing time, although little effect on the protein content of grain, but can reduce oil content, especially late-ripening. (1928) tested the relationship between the sowing date and the chemical composition of soybean grains in north-northeast China and pointed out that the late sowing could reduce the content of oil while the content of protein tended to increase.
