2015年河南省“创新杯”说课大赛,我校8名年青教师参加并且全部获奖,其中两名一等奖获奖老师将代表河南省参加全国的说课大赛。事实足以说明,我校以说课的形式集体备课的效果显著。我校开展集体备课已有多年,针对年青教师(教龄10年以内),包括实验课教师,以说课的形式开展集体备课5年来,效果显著,年青教师和资深教师在一起互相学习
In 2015 Henan Province, “Innovation Cup ” said class competition, eight young teachers of our school to participate and all winners, two of the first prize winners will represent Henan Province to participate in the national class contest. The fact is enough to show that our school in the form of class lesson preparation effect is obvious. Our school has been conducting collective lesson preparation for many years. For young teachers (less than 10 years of teaching experience), including experimental teachers, conducting collective lesson planning in the form of lectures has achieved remarkable results. Young teachers and senior teachers are learning from each other
