《起重机械检验规程》(以下简称《检规》)已经颁布实施3年多,它为起重机械检验工作提供了正确的指南。规范了检验工作的开展,但同时也出现了一些问题需要改进。本文仅就桥架型起重机检验内容和方法提出个人的几点看法,主要包括:主梁下挠和主梁下垂的区别、主梁空载上拱度的定期检验、以及大车轨道和走行梁的检验、遥控装置的检验等。这些内容在《检规》中有的没有列为检验项目,有的没给出客观的判定依据,使得检验无据可依。但这些项目对设备本身的安全性影响很大,对整机合格与否的判定有着很重要的意义,笔者建议将其补充完善到《检规》中是很必要的。
The “Crane Inspection Regulations” (hereinafter referred to as “inspection”) has been promulgated for more than three years, which provides the correct guidance for lifting machinery inspection. Standardize the inspection work, but there are also some problems that need improvement. In this paper, we only put forward some personal opinions on the inspection contents and methods of the bridge crane, including: the difference between the main girder deflection and the main girder sagging, the regular inspection of the main girder no-load camber, the inspection of the trolley track and walking girder, Remote control test and so on. Some of these contents are not listed as inspection items in the “Inspection Regulations”, and some do not give objective judgments, which makes the inspection based on no evidence. However, these items have a great impact on the safety of the equipment itself. It is of great significance to judge whether the whole machine is qualified or not. The author suggests that it is necessary to supplement and perfect it to the “Inspection and Regulation”.
