“人的素质是历史的产物”。当代大学生的素质不外由“内潜素质”(沉淀在心理深层的文化潜在素质)和“外显素质”(外部表现出来的从事各项社会实践活动的能力)两部分组成。在“内潜素质”中心理素质(情绪、情感、意志、性格等)占有举足轻重的地位。而情绪则是心理素质的“第一要素”。“情绪是一种具有动机和知觉的积极力量,它组织、维持和指导行为。”因此,剖析当代大学生情绪的负面,研究情绪调节的科学方法,对于塑造“全面发展的新人”具有深远意义。
“Human quality is the product of history.” The quality of contemporary college students is composed of two parts, namely “latent potential quality” (potential cultural quality that settles deep in psychology) and “explicit quality” (ability that is externally demonstrated in various social practice activities). In the “latent potential quality” psychology quality (emotion, emotion, will, personality, etc.) occupy a pivotal position. And emotion is the “first factor” of psychological quality. “Emotion is an active force with motivation and perception that organizes, maintains, and guides behavior.” Therefore, analyzing the negative emotions of contemporary college students and studying the scientific methods of emotional regulation have far-reaching significance in shaping “all-round development of new people.”
