高职院校以培养具有高素质技能型人才为宗旨,直接参与企业生产与管理一线的工作,但高职学生目前面临的就业困难需要高职院校所有从事创新创业教育的师资队伍反思。前移就业关口有助于提高高职学生就业竞争力,有助于高职学生明确就业困境产生的根本原因,有助于提升高职学生的就业核心竞争力。前移就业关口应重点关注三个方面,即优化专业设置加强专业建设,直面用人市场进行课程改革,关注学生品行培养综合素质。
Higher vocational colleges take the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents as the objective, and directly participate in the frontline work of production and management of enterprises. However, the employment difficulties that vocational students are currently facing need to reflect on all the teachers who are engaged in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. Advance employment barriers can help to improve the employment competitiveness of vocational students, help vocational students to clear the root causes of employment difficulties, contribute to enhance the employment of core competitiveness of vocational students. Advance employment barriers should focus on three aspects, namely optimizing the professional settings to strengthen professional construction, face the market with the reform of the curriculum, focusing on student conduct to develop overall quality.
