从最开始西方企业文化一些相关理论的形成发展,到我国思想政治和企业文化理论的逐步发展,企业在运行变革的过程中尽管面临着重重的困难和问题,但是一些企业依然可以保持着健康稳定的发展状态,归根结底是良好的企业文化起到了重要作用。本文主要论述思想政治在企业文化建设中存在的必然性,以及在文化建设中如何做好思想政治工作。
