目的:观察“益胃法”对初老雌性大鼠CFS模型动物中枢单胺类神经递质代谢影响。方法:4~6月龄雌性大鼠为正常对照组;10~12月龄,阴道细胞学表现动情期延长的雌性大鼠作为初老大鼠模型,采用复合刺激法造模。模型动物随机分为:(1)空白对造组、(2)益胃汤高剂量组、(3)益胃汤中剂量组、(4)益胃汤低剂量组、(5)氟西汀组。灌药4周后,断头处死,取脑组织进行检测。结果:益胃汤通过调节单胺类递质降解的主要酶MAO的含量,使MAO含量减低,使NE、5-HT含量升高;DA含量呈降低趋势。结论:益胃汤可能通过改善中枢神经递质代谢从而促进疲劳状态的恢复,提高学习记忆的作用。
Objective: To observe the effects of “Yiwei Method” on the metabolism of monoamine neurotransmitters in the CFS model of aged female rats. Methods: The female rats of 4 ~ 6 months old were normal control group. The female rats aged 10 ~ 12 months with prolonged estrous cycle of vaginal cytology were used as the model of early-aged rats. The compound stimulation method was used to make the model. The model animals were randomly divided into: (1) blank control group, (2) Yisitang high dose group, (3) Yisitang medium dose group, (4) Yisitang low dose group, (5) fluoxetine group. Four weeks after filling, the rats were sacrificed and brain tissue was taken for testing. Results: Yiwei Decoction could regulate MAO content of monoamine neurotransmitter to decrease MAO content, increase NE and 5-HT content, and DA content decreased. Conclusion: Yiwei decoction may improve the recovery of fatigue state and improve the learning and memory by improving the metabolism of the central nervous system neurotransmitter.
