化工部矿山局委托勘探公司于1983年末在山东泰安钾盐地质大队举办钾盐地质培训班,对钾盐队、各化工地质队、部地质矿产研究院和勘探公司的部分地质人员进行了为期两个月的短期培训。培训期间主要对钾盐地质理论和实际操作技术进行了系统学习,效果显著。培训班得到了武汉地质学院北京研究生部和中国地质科学院的大力支持。我国著名大地构造学家李春昱县教授和沉积岩石学家张瑞锡教授亲临学习班授课。两个月内一共开了六门课程:板块构造地质学,沉积学原理,盐类矿床地质学,碳酸岩岩石学,盐类矿物鉴定方法和盐类矿床物理化学研究。
Ministry of Chemical Industry Mining Bureau commissioned the exploration company in late 1983 in Shandong Tai’an potash geological brigade held a geology training course for potash, the chemical geology team, Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources Research Institute and exploration company for a period of two geological staff Months of short-term training. During the training, we systematically studied the theory and practice of potash geology, with significant results. The training course received strong support from the Beijing Graduate Department of Wuhan Geological Institute and the Chinese Academy of Geological Sciences. Li Chunyu, a famous tectonist in China, and Professor Zhang Ruixi, a sedimentary petrologist, came to study classes in person. A total of six courses were opened in two months: plate tectonics, sedimentology, salt deposit geology, carbonate petrology, salt mineral identification methods and salt deposit physical and chemical research.
