新棵标提出“突出学生主体,尊重个体差异”的新理念,要求教师面向全体学生,承认学生间的差距,在传授知识的过程中,给学生不同的期望、更多的赏识,让每一个学生都能感受到教师的鼓励、支持、信任和赞赏。教育首先是赏识教育,教师应相信每一个学生都是有能力的人,乐于挖掘每一个学生的优势潜能,并给予充分的肯定和欣赏,树立学生的自尊和自信。并且在这种赏识和鼓励之下,教师也会有所得。这样的教师不仅能够创造轻松活跃的绿色课堂,使教学走向成功,而且自己也会由严师变成孩子们的良师益友,并且和孩子们一起成长进步。
