今年中秋、国庆双节期间,国内首开节假日高速免费先河,不过这一政策只针对小型客车,并不适用于货车。从实际推行效果来看,物流业不仅未能直接享受这一惠民政策,且部分企业还受累于该项政策引发的高速路拥堵。现阶段我国公路货运通行的形势依然严峻,可以说是顽疾未愈、新症又增,如何根治公路通行顽疾这一问题再度引发业界热议。
