以优良自交系FAPW和BN490A组配的单倍体群体为材料,利用t测验、相关分析等方法研究单倍体花药外露、花药大小与花粉育性之间的相互关系。结果表明:玉米单倍体雄穗自然加倍率较低(28.2%),大部分花药外露(81.3%)和小部分花药不外露(15.6%)的单倍体花粉可育;花粉可育的单倍体花药大小大于花粉败育的单倍体,但在花粉可育的单倍体植株中,花粉的育性并未随着花药大小的增大而提高。在实际单倍体自然加倍过程中,可以依据玉米单倍体花药外露与否、花药大小与花粉育性的关系,通过花药是否外露与花药大小判断雄穗的育性。
The haploid population composed of excellent inbred lines FAPW and BN490A was used as material to study the relationship between haploid anther exposure, anther size and pollen fertility by t test and correlation analysis. The results showed that the haploid maize haploid doubled rate was low (28.2%), the majority of anther exserted (81.3%) and a small part of anther exposed (15.6%) were haploid pollen fertile; pollen fertile single The size of pollen anther was larger than that of pollen abortion, but in pollen fertile haploid plants, pollen fertility did not increase with anther size. In the process of natural doubling of haploid, the fertility of tassel can be judged according to the relationship between pollen sterility and pollen fertility in exposed maize haploid.
