目的:探讨血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)对心脏放射损伤的诊断价值和氟伐他汀的防护作用。方法:52只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(C组)、单纯放射组(R组)和氟伐他汀防治组(F组)。F组于照射前7 d以氟伐他汀20 mg/(kg.d)灌胃直至实验末,另两组灌服等量0.9%氯化钠溶液。R组和F组全心照射25 Gy,照射后第5、15、30、60天测定血清cTnI的含量。结果:放射后第15、30、60天,R组cTnI含量均显著高于C组(P<0.05);F组则低于R组,30 d时有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:cTnI对心脏早期放射损伤有一定的诊断价值,氟伐他汀显示一定的放射防护作用。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI) on cardiac radiation injury and the protective effect of fluvastatin. Methods: Fifty-two SD rats were randomly divided into control group (C group), radiotherapy group (R group) and fluvastatin control group (F group). Group F was given fluvastatin 20 mg / (kg.d) for 7 days before irradiation until the end of the experiment. The other two groups were given the same amount of 0.9% sodium chloride solution. R group and F group were given 25 Gy whole heart, and the content of cTnI in serum was measured on the 5th, 15th, 30th and 60th days after irradiation. Results: On the 15th, 30th and 60th day after irradiation, the cTnI level in R group was significantly higher than that in C group (P <0.05), while in F group was lower than that in R group (P <0.05). Conclusions: cTnI has some diagnostic value on early radiation injury of the heart, and fluvastatin shows certain radioprotective effect.
