笔者以中国政府法制信息网等5个法律法规库为统计数据库,检索“十二五”时期我国档案领域的法律法规,笔者对整理统计出的标题含“档案”的234条法律法规进行如下维度的分析:各法律等级数量、颁布年度、颁布主体、法律主题内容,以期能了解我国“十二五”时期档案法律法规体系建设的内容与发展的基本状况。
The author uses the five laws and regulations database of the Chinese government legal information network as the statistical database to search for the laws and regulations in the field of archives in China during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” period. The author of this Law collected 234 statutes with the title “Files” The regulations carry out the following dimensions of analysis: the number of legal grades, the year of promulgation, and the promulgation of the main body and the content of the legal subject so as to understand the basic conditions for the content and development of the archives laws and regulations system during the period of “the 12th Five-Year Plan”.
