如今,随着新课改之风在我国的全面盛行,各科教师无论是在教学理念还是在教学手段上,都做出了及时的更新和完善。但是,身为一名初中英语教师,经过这几年的教学实践与研究发现,在英语教学中依然存在很多教师不容忽视的问题,比如很多学生觉得学习英语非常吃力,跟不上学习进度;部分学生单词记不住、语法学不会,因此失去了对英语的学习兴趣,甚至产生了厌烦、抵触心理,教学效果自然不尽如人意。针对以上种种现状,探求科学合理的教学策略,提高英语教学的有效性应该成为教师关注的热点和热切讨论的重要话题。
Nowadays, with the new curriculum reform prevailing in our country, teachers in all subjects have made timely updates and improvements both in teaching philosophy and in teaching methods. However, as a junior high school English teacher, after years of teaching practice and research, there are still many problems that teachers can not ignore in English teaching. For example, many students think learning English is very hard and can not keep up with the progress of study. Some Students can not remember the words, grammar will not, therefore, lost interest in learning English, and even had a boredom, conflict psychology, the teaching results naturally unsatisfactory. In view of the above situation, to explore a scientific and rational teaching strategies to improve the effectiveness of English teaching should become a hot topic and hot discussion of teachers important topic.
