针对在役管道的运行要求,为降低管道风险、减少经济损失、避免环境污染,对不停输带压(最高压力10MPa)条件下拆除油气管道L-O-R法兰内部塞柄的技术进行研究。根据计算和试验结果,制定了磁力钻定位和打孔、阀门安装、塞柄泄漏程度检查、开孔机安装及塞柄拆除等施工工艺,给出了每一施工步骤的详细操作方法和要求。在华南地区某管道带压拆除塞柄工程中的应用效果表明:该技术安全可靠,可操作性强,避免了管道长时间停输和放空,具有较好的经济性和应用前景。
In order to reduce the pipeline risk, reduce the economic loss and avoid the environmental pollution, the technology of disassembling the plug in the L-O-R flange of the oil and gas pipeline under the condition of continuous belt pressure (maximum pressure 10MPa) is studied in view of the operational requirements of the pipeline in service. According to the calculation and test results, the construction process of magnetic drill positioning and drilling, valve installation, plug handle leak detection, hole cutter installation and disassembly of plug shank are developed. Detailed operation methods and requirements for each construction step are given. The application effect of the pipe plug with a pressure to disassemble the plug handle in South China shows that the technology is safe and reliable, has strong maneuverability, and avoids long-term shutdown and venting of the pipe, which has good economy and application prospect.
