随着我国事业单位改革的不断深入,人事档案管理方面所存在的各类问题也愈发暴露。重视程度不够、管理制度不够完善、管理人员素质参差不齐等等,都在一定程度上对档案管理工作产生了消极作用,并间接影响了事业单位改革的进程。通过分析当前形势下事业单位人事档案管理工作出现问题的根本原因,进而提出针对性的解决方法,望从根本上走出困境、提升管理水平。
With the deepening of the reform of public institutions in our country, all kinds of problems existing in the management of personnel files have become increasingly exposed. The lack of attention, inadequate management system, uneven quality of management personnel and so on, to a certain extent, have had a negative effect on the file management and have indirectly affected the process of the reform of public institutions. By analyzing the root causes of problems in the personnel archives management in public institutions at present, this paper puts forward some solutions to this problem, looking forward to fundamentally getting out of the predicament and improving the management level.
