长期以来,在农作物上都比较重视氮、磷、钾肥的施用,一般很少考虑施用硫肥;而且与氮、磷、钾三要素相比,对硫的研究较少。但随着生产的发展,世界上很多国家和地区,作物缺硫现象已成为一个不容忽视的问题。近年来,国外对土壤硫的形态、转化、硫的生理功能、缺硫的诊断以及硫肥的施用等进行了大量的研究,国内也正在开展这方面的工作。现就硫的作用简介如下:

However, there are few studies on sulfur in comparison with the three elements of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. However, with the development of production, sulfur deficiency in many countries and regions in the world has become a problem that can not be ignored. In recent years, a great deal of researches have been done on the forms and transformations of soil sulfur, the physiological functions of sulfur, the diagnosis of sulfur deficiency and the application of sulfur fertilizers abroad, and work is also being carried out in China. Now the role of sulfur is as follows:
