所谓决策成本,就是在一定时期内,领导为达到目标,对活动方式、内容以及方式所实施的行动方案,同时选出最佳方案的总付出。也就是说,决策目标与决策付出之比就被称为决策成本。本文主要对决策成本影响因素与构成因素进行系统性阐述,构建决策成本公式,同时在实践中提出领导决策的相关操作性问题,以有效降低决策成本,从根本上提高领导管理效益。
The so-called decision-making costs, that is, within a certain period of time, the leadership to achieve the goal, the activities of the program, content and methods of action plan, while selecting the best plan for the total. In other words, the ratio of decision-making goals to decision-making is called decision-making cost. This paper mainly elaborates the influencing factors and components of decision-making cost systematically, constructs the formula of decision-making cost, at the same time puts forward the relevant operational problems in decision-making in order to effectively reduce decision-making costs and fundamentally improve the efficiency of leadership management.
