三农问题已成为制约现代化和社会发展的瓶颈。农村落后的一个重要原因是与外部环境的信息不对称。本研究在对黑龙江省农村信息需求主体——农民所需要的信息需求进行分析,并以此为切入点,对农村信息服务存在供给总量严重不足、效率低、针对性不强等问题进行探究,提出满足农民信息需求的相关保障措施,构建科学可行的农村信息服务模式。
