1 前言 钢材的力学性能是由选定的试样进行试验来确定的,而试样或样坯的不规范或不统一,将使性能反映不了钢材的实际质量。表征质量的力学性能包括拉伸、冲击、硬度等项。在生产检验上,冲击试样基本只有10mm×10mm×50mm(分V型和U型缺口)一种尺寸,样坯十分简单;而硬度反映的只是钢材表面层的力学状态,样坯的随意性较大。本文着重研究热处理(包括非调质)拉伸试验试样以及有关的样坯,并对某一标准的仲裁试样提出异议。
