目的:提高实验室灭菌工作水平,保证压力蒸汽灭菌的效果,为微生物实验室检验工作提供质量保障。方法:按照压力蒸汽灭菌质量控制作业指导书的要求,对压力蒸汽灭菌工艺进行初始验证,开展常规灭菌效果监控。结果:经灭菌工艺验证,在70%的装载容量时,对盛装于500 ml三角烧瓶培养基的灭菌工艺确定为121℃23 min;共进行252次灭菌温度监测:留点温度计监测合格率为100.0%,化学指示剂监测合格率为98.0%;共进行25次灭菌效果监测,合格率为100.0%。结论:严格而规范的质量控制是保证压力蒸汽灭菌质量的关键。
OBJECTIVE: To improve the working level of laboratory sterilization and ensure the effect of pressure steam sterilization, to provide quality assurance for laboratory testing of microorganisms. Methods: According to the requirements of pressure steam sterilization quality control instruction manual, the pressure steam sterilization process was initially verified and routine sterilization effect monitoring was carried out.
