以新疆紫草愈伤组织为材料,研究外源物质AgNO_3、L-苯丙氨酸及乙酸钠对其次生代谢产物含量的影响。结果表明,M9培养基中添加AgNO_35 mg/L时,愈伤组织中多酚、花青素的含量分别较对照提高了2.0倍、2.9倍,紫草素及其衍生物、总黄酮的含量在AgNO_3浓度为3mg/L时达峰值,分别较对照提高了1.3倍、1.5倍。M9培养基中添加AgNO_35mg/L及L-苯丙氨酸25mg/L时,紫草素及其衍生物、多酚、花青素及总黄酮的含量均达峰值,分别较对照提高了3.4倍、3.0倍、10.9倍和2.3倍。在M9培养基中添加AgNO_35 mg/L、L-苯丙氨酸25mg/L基础上,乙酸钠处理的愈伤组织中的总黄酮、多酚、花青素、紫草素及其衍生物的含量均低于对照。在新疆紫草愈伤组织培养中添加诱导子和前体物质均可促进次生代谢产物的积累。
