本文利用由微机进行数据采集、显示和处理的差动扫描量热仪(DSC)和 X 射线衍射仪,研究了金属玻璃 Zr70Cu30常压下等温晶化动力学。结果表明,该玻璃的晶化过程是一次性完成的,但是可分为连续进行的两个阶段。晶化动力学行为符合 Avrami 方程,同时还符合“自催化”方程。两个阶段的存在,与 CuZr_2和α-Zr 的相继析出有关。另外,由上述二方程求得表观晶化激活能分别为280±8和260±12kJ/tool。后者稍低,但二者很接近。
In this paper, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to collect, display and process the data. The isothermal crystallization kinetics of Zr70Cu30 glass was investigated. The results show that the glass crystallization process is completed at one time, but can be divided into two consecutive stages. Crystallization kinetic behavior in line with Avrami equation, also in line with “autocatalytic ” equation. The existence of two stages is related to the successive precipitation of CuZr_2 and α-Zr. In addition, the apparent crystallization activation energies obtained from the above two equations were 280 ± 8 and 260 ± 12 kJ / mol, respectively. The latter is slightly lower, but the two are close.
