针对发电商容量持留对电力系统充裕度的影响问题,根据发电商容量持留激励建立节点电价机制下的发电商最大收益模型,并通过循环博弈模型来考察多个发电商的容量持留。通过该模型和蒙特卡罗模拟法研究发电商容量持留对电力系统充裕度的影响,揭示了发电商容量持留对系统可靠性的作用。在此基础上进一步研究线路约束和市场集中度对电力系统充裕度的影响,同时对不同节点上的容量持留对系统可靠性的影响进行了细致分析,并提出了提高系统可靠性的发电商容量持留抑制措施。通过IEEE RTS-79网络算例说明了该理论和方法的正确性。
In view of the influence of capacity retention of power generators on the adequacy of power system, a model of maximum return of generators under node electricity price mechanism is established according to the capacity of generators, and the capacity retention of multiple generators is investigated through a round-robin game model. Through this model and Monte Carlo simulation, this paper studies the influence of generator capacity retention on power system adequacy, and reveals the role of power generator capacity retention on system reliability. On the basis of this, we further study the influence of line constraints and market concentration on power system adequacy, analyze the impact of capacity retention on system reliability on different nodes in detail, and propose a method to improve the system reliability Hold inhibit measures.
