当前,我国建立信用管理体系的主要障碍是相关法规不健全,资信公司难以取得有关信用数据。中国与美国信用制度比较,目前有四方面不同之处。对信用概念内涵的理解不同在美国,信用是作为商品在市场上大量生产、大量销售的,把与信用有关的信息加工威信用产品,卖给需求者,使正面信用积累成为扩大信用交易的动力,负面信息传播成为约束失信人的震慑力,从而形成市场经济运行机制的重要组成部分,也使人们的信用理念发生着历史性演化。
