彩绘木雕镶象牙脸王母像明。通高27.3cm,用沉香木雕刻,镶贴象牙脸。王母头梳高髻,戴簪花,长圆脸型,前额高耸,两眼向下凝视。身穿交领,广袖过膝,肩部披帛曳地,腰围长裙,系有腰带。上身微向左倾,双手捧物于胸前,双足呈内八字形,立于方形壸门式木座上。浑身遍布彩绘,身材苗条秀丽,衣纹粗犷遒劲。较鲜见的是脸上镶贴了象牙,并施彩绘,使王母脸显得格外娇嫩细腻,为明代彩雕艺术的代表作。座底上有康熙二十五年(1686年)曹大春朱书沉香木雕王母像来历题记:“崇德寺有二浮图……复于丙寅秋,整葺二浮图,内有古玩珍宝……余为戏陈不敢毁失,谨以王母一尊供入西墖(塔)……时康熙岁次丙寅七夕”云云。浙江崇福崇德寺塔内发现。现藏浙江省博物馆。
