本刊讯昨日,据沈阳市环保局相关负责人表示,燃煤锅炉清洁能源替代将作为沈阳煤炭总量控制的重要举措全面展开。据介绍,沈阳目前的能源结构不很合理,煤炭占一次能源消耗的主要比重。特别是采暖期,燃煤产生的排放也成为沈阳环境空气中颗粒物的重要来源。沈阳是大气污染防治重点城市,也是国家燃煤锅炉烟尘治理先行先试重点城市之一。在燃煤锅炉清洁能源改造方面,沈阳2013年和2014年共完成136台650余蒸吨燃煤锅炉的清洁能源替代,用天然气、电替代燃煤,每年可减少燃煤量约26万t。燃煤锅炉清洁能源替代项目的实施,每年可减少烟尘排放量3100t,减少二氧化硫排放量3300t。

In respect of the clean energy renovation of coal-fired boilers, Shenyang completed a total of 136 clean-energy replacements for more than 650 steam-fired coal-fired boilers in 2013 and 2014, replacing natural gas and electricity with coal and reducing the annual coal consumption by about 260,000 tons. The implementation of coal-fired boiler clean energy alternative projects can reduce the annual emissions of soot 3100t and reduce the sulfur dioxide emissions 3300t.
