本文主要讨论在西欧铁路联盟研究试验所 B.30次委员会总议程中,关于利用通风和采暖设备改善旅客舒适条件的某些实用的方法。作者认为在近代化的铁路客车上,不适于再使用抽气式通风设备,因为在需要暖风的时候,这种通风设备会使冷空气进入车内,并带进一些尘埃;同时,这些冷空气在达到地板面加热器之前,会引起冷的气流。特别是行车速度越快,气流和尘埃的问题越严重,所以,作者只得致力于设计和使用强迫通风和采暖设备。关于这种设备的有关问题,可以归纳为以下几方面:
This article focuses on some practical ways of using air ventilation and heating equipment to improve passenger comfort in the general agenda of the B.30 Commission of the Western European Union Institute for Railway Research and Testing. The author believes that modern railroad passenger cars are not suitable for the use of extractor ventilation because they require cold air to enter into the vehicle and carry in some dust when warm air is needed. At the same time, these cold Air reaches the floor heater before it can cause cold air flow. In particular, the faster the traffic, the more severe the airflow and dust problems, the author has to devote himself to the design and use of forced ventilation and heating equipment.
