本刊讯(记者肖玉华)近日,山东省首届白酒酒体设计培训研讨大会在济南市举办。本次大会规模巨大,山东省白酒工业协会会长姜祖模、中国食品发酵研究院副院长张五九、泸州老窖集团总工程师、国家评委张宿义、四川省食品发酵工业研究设计院总工程师潘建军、泸州老窖集团的多名酒体设计大师及山东省国家级评委和近百名白酒企业的酒体设计专业人员参加了大会。大会首先对全国畅销白酒产品和山东省的部分畅销产品进行了品评,由参会专家、国家评委进行总体点评,随后进行了酒体
