铝合金的室温成形性较差,用传统压力机拉深成形时,在凹模内径不变一道次拉深的条件下,极限拉深高度较低。采用电磁辅助拉深成形方法,可以将工件的拉深高度提高到传统方法的1.44倍。文章设计了一种具有法兰助推拉深能力的环形线圈结构,形成了拉深与助推联合作用的电磁脉冲辅助渐进拉深成形工艺。试验结果表明,采用这种新工艺可以使铝合金板料的拉深成形高度提高到传统方法的2.16倍。
The room temperature formability of the aluminum alloy is poor. With the traditional press drawing, the ultimate drawing depth is lower under the condition that the inner diameter of the die is invariably deep-drawn. Electromagnetic assisted drawing method, the workpiece can be drawn to a height of 1.44 times the traditional method. In this paper, a toroidal coil structure with the ability of flange to push and pull is designed, and the forming process of electromagnetic pulse assisted gradual deepening forming with the combined effect of drawing and boosting is formed. The test results show that the use of this new technology can make aluminum alloy sheet drawing forming height increased to 2.16 times the traditional method.
