人口老龄化使老年齿科患者的比例与日俱增。老年患者不仅生理功能降低,且又罹患多种系统性疾病,这就要求在诊治老年患者时必须全面了解其全身情况。才能防止发生意外的全身疾病与加重系统性疾病。然而,目前在老年齿科患者所伴发的系统性疾病方面,尚缺乏翔实的资料,为此,作者通过标准的健康问卷方式,对1989年4月至1991年9月在东京医科与齿科大学附院初诊的1012例齿科老年患者,进行了系统性疾病的调查,并逐一测量血脉搏。
The aging population is increasing the proportion of geriatric dental patients. Elderly patients not only have reduced physiological functions but also suffer from a variety of systemic diseases, which requires a full understanding of their general condition in the diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients. To this end, the author used the standard health questionnaire to evaluate the prevalence of systemic diseases in dentistry patients from April 1989 to September 1991 in Tokyo. A total of 1012 elderly patients with newly diagnosed dental diseases in the Affiliated Hospital of the University were investigated for systemic diseases and blood pulse was measured one by one.
