The Party Committee of the Shandong Provincial Party Branch took advantage of the special review of cadre personnel files and actively implemented the “long line” project to comprehensively upgrade the management of cadres’ personnel files and lead the line to a new level. Under the new normal rule of strict administration of the party, the party committee of the Agricultural Development Bank Headquarters has implemented the “Five Good Cadre” standard proposed by the General Secretary of the Internship, further consolidating the requirements of the central government to strictly manage cadres and strictly organize personnel discipline. At the beginning of March 2015, the National Agricultural Publishing System deployed and initiated the special review of the cadre files, which pointed out the direction for the cadre work.
