高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术在药物分析领域中已获得广泛应用,它具有样品适用范围广和预处理简单等优点。但目前常用的HPLC 检测器或通用性不强,如紫外,荧光和电化学检测器等;或灵敏度不够高,如折光率检测器等;而且不能为样品结构定性提供较多的信息。质谱(MS)是强有力的结构解析武器之一,灵敏度高,能为结构定性提供较多的信息,是比较理想的色谱检测器。气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)的成功应用可使样品的分离、定性和定量一次完成,对药物分析,尤其是体内药物分析的发展
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technology has been widely used in the field of drug analysis, which has the advantages of wide range of samples and simple pretreatment. However, the commonly used HPLC detectors are not universal, such as UV, fluorescence and electrochemical detectors; or the sensitivity is not high enough, such as refractive index detector; and can not provide more information on the qualitative structure of the sample. Mass Spectrometry (MS) is one of the most powerful structural analytical tools. It is an ideal chromatographic detector with high sensitivity and provides more information for structural characterization. The successful application of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) allows the isolation, characterization and quantification of samples in one go.
