肺心病急性加重期,因各种原因,极易合并低渗血症,严重影响病人的转归,本院自2002-2005年收治的老年肺心病急性加重期合并低渗血症20例,现分析如下。1临床资料1.1一般资料本组共20例,男12例,女8例;平均年龄70岁,基础疾病,慢性阻塞性肺心病,治疗过程中都使用过激素、利尿剂,有5例过度限盐。1.2诊断标准低钠血症:轻度120～130mmol/L,中
