为了分析增强体结构对复合材料力学性能和复合工艺的影响,分别以单向玄武岩织物和平纹玄武岩织物为增强体,制备玄武岩增强复合材料。并采用正交试验方法,讨论复合工艺参数对玄武岩增强复合材料拉伸强度和弯曲强度的影响,及其对两种复合材料的力学性能差异。结果表明:平纹玄武岩复合材料拉伸性能优于单向玄武岩复合材料,而单向玄武岩复合材料具有较强的抗弯性能;增强纤维含量对复合材料的拉伸性能影响较大,对单向玄武岩复合材料弯曲性能影响较小;复合成型温度对单向玄武岩复合材料力学性能影响较大,且成型温度升高有利于复合材料力学性能改善;成型压力增大有利于复合材料力学性能的增强;适当延长冷却时间有利于复合材料力学性能的提高。
In order to analyze the effect of reinforcement structure on mechanical properties and composite process of composite, basalt reinforced composites were prepared by using unidirectional basalt fabric and plain basalt fabric as reinforcements respectively. The influences of composite parameters on the tensile strength and flexural strength of basalt reinforced composites were discussed by orthogonal test. The mechanical properties of the composites were also discussed. The results show that the tensile properties of the plain basalt composite are better than that of the unidirectional basalt composite, while the unidirectional basalt composite has strong flexural properties. The content of the reinforcing fiber has a great influence on the tensile properties of the composite, The composites have little effect on the bending properties; the temperature of the composite molding has a greater influence on the mechanical properties of the unidirectional basalt composite, and the increase of the forming temperature is beneficial to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the composites; the increase of the forming pressure is beneficial to the enhancement of the mechanical properties of the composites; Lengthen the cooling time is conducive to the improvement of mechanical properties of composites.
