评述了近20年来国内外分子光谱法测定钇的进展情况.包括分光光度法、荧光分析法、共振光散射法以及化学计量学在分子光谱中的应用.在各种方法中, 常规分光光度法仍是目前应用范围最广的方法.在所用的显色剂中, 偶氮氯膦类、三苯甲烷染料和偶氮胂类试剂是目前测定痕量钇的重要试剂, 同时新的显色剂如三溴偶氮胂、溴邻苯三酚红 (BPR) 、不对称变色酸双偶氮氟胂型试剂等的研究也在不断增加.而荧光光度法因其灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简单等优点, 相应体系也在逐渐增多.共振光散射分析法和化学计量方法在测定痕量钇方面也有不同程度的应用.本文主要从测定体系、测定条件、灵敏度以及实际应用等方面进行归纳和概述.“,”According to reports, the progress in the molecular spectrum determination of yttrium over the past 20 years was reviewed. The application of spectrophotometry, fluorescence, resonance light scattering and stoichiometry in molecular spectra were discussed in detail. Among methods presented in the paper, conventional spectrophotometry is the most widely applied technique at present.Chlorophosphonazo, triphenylmethane and arsenazo reagents are the most important chromogenic reagents for the determination of yttrium. In the meanwhile, more studies on novel chromogenic reagents such as tribromoarsenazo, bromopyrogallol red, asymmetric double azo chromotropic acid fluorine arsine were conducted. The corresponding system of fluorescence spectrophotometry was increasing because of its high sensitivity, good selectivity, and the advantages of simple operation.Resonance light scattering techniques and stoichiometry had also shown their applications in the determination of yttrium to different extent. The references of every method were summarized from the determination systems, determination conditions, sensitivities, applications, and so on.
