本文测定了含锡8%、磷0.4%的青铜经冷变形及低温热处理后的机械性能和组织。结果表明:经40%冷轧,并在210℃左右处理40分钟后具有综合的性能,弹性极限比冷轧态提高15%,塑性提高一倍以上,而强度极限保持冷轧态水平。通过显微组织观察:保持冷轧态的形貌,存在形变晶粒和滑移带。电镜观察指出,经低温热处理后,位错趋于亚晶界,呈明显的边界、亚晶粒内部位错密度低。第二类微观内应力减少近一半。
In this paper, the mechanical properties and microstructure of bronze with 8% tin and 0.4% phosphorus after cold deformation and low temperature heat treatment were measured. The results show that after 40% cold rolling and 40 minutes treatment at about 210 ℃, the elastic properties are improved by 15% and the ductility is more than double, while the ultimate strength is kept at the cold rolling condition. By microstructure observation: maintaining the cold-rolled morphology, the presence of deformed grains and slip band. Electron microscopy observations show that the dislocations tend to be subgrain boundaries with obvious boundaries after low temperature heat treatment, and the dislocation density in subgrains is low. The second type of micro-internal stress reduced by nearly half.
