铜氨液中乙酸(甲酸)的测定以EDTA甲醛法[本刊,18,42(1982)]较为完善,但必须按总铜量准确加入等当量的EDTA标准溶液络合掩蔽铜,不适用于乙酸的单独测定;Cu-EDTA呈蓝绿色,用碱滴定时,酚酞指示剂的终点不易判断。本文改进测定方法为锌-EDTA甲醛法,克服了上述缺点,操作较为简便。在氨性溶液中,铜被金属锌置换,用EDTA将锌络合掩蔽,然后按方法操作。
