病例均经纤维胃镜诊断为消化性溃疡出血。治疗组71例,口服雷尼替丁每次150mg,早晚各1次。对照组68例,用止血敏、抗纤溶、6-氨基已酸及口服盐水加去甲肾上腺素等。两组均配合输液输血等。结果:治疗组/对照组总有效率100％/89.71％,平均止血时间3.23天/4.79天,P均<0.01。治疗组有1例出现头昏,1例发生皮疹、瘙痒,能坚持治疗,停药后症状消失。
Cases were diagnosed by gastroscopy for peptic ulcer bleeding. Treatment group 71 cases, oral ranitidine 150mg, morning and evening 1 times. The control group of 68 cases, with hemostatic sensitivity, anti-fibrinolysis, 6-amino acid and oral saline plus norepinephrine and so on. Both groups with infusion transfusion and so on. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 100% / 89.71%, the average hemostasis time was 3.23 days / 4.79 days, P <0.01 respectively. Treatment group, 1 case of dizziness, 1 case of rash, itching, can adhere to treatment, withdrawal symptoms disappear.
