现阶段建设工程施工总承包管理的模式不断普及,该模式下施工总承包方要对工程全过程的施工安全管理负全责,这对施工总承包企业的安全管理工作提出了更高的要求。本文以我单位总承包施工的新疆国际会展中心二期场馆项目为例,分析了目前施工总承包安全管理的现状,阐述了对大型项目施工总承包安全管理工作的认识和思考,提出了基于PDCA循环的施工总承包管理具体措施,以实现标化分包安全管理体制、提高总包安全管理效率的目的。
At this stage, the construction general contracting management model is popularized.
