据文献报道血清DNA可以作为检测肿瘤的标志物,由此我们考虑到血清DNA聚合酶(DNA-P)活性很可能也可作为检测肿瘤的标志物。此后我们成功地解决了血清蛋白对DNA-P活性干扰的问题,建立了测定血清DNA-P活性的方法。因而对954例肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、肠癌等16种肿瘤病人和正常献血员、体检人员的血清DNA-P活性进行了测定,结果表明血清DNA-P活性确属有效的肿瘤标志物,对多种肿瘤适用,具有广谱性。
According to reports in the literature, serum DNA can be used as a marker for detecting tumors. Therefore, we consider that serum DNA polymerase (DNA-P) activity is likely to also be used as a tumor marker. Since then, we have successfully solved the problem of serum protein’s interference with DNA-P activity, and established a method to determine serum DNA-P activity. Therefore, the serum DNA-P activity of 954 cases of liver cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, colorectal cancer and other 16 tumor patients and normal blood donors and physical examination personnel were measured. The results showed that serum DNA-P activity is indeed an effective tumor marker. It is suitable for a variety of tumors and has a broad spectrum.
