目的探讨胃移停颗粒的抑瘤作用和可能机制.方法观察胃移停颗粒及其拆方对S180肉瘤小鼠的抑制作用,并用免疫组化的方法研究胃移停颗粒及其拆方在S180肉瘤生长过程中对P53、PCAN表达的影响.结果胃移停颗粒抑瘤作用明确,且能显著降低P53、PCAN阳性细胞数.胃移停颗粒与其拆方各组比较,除益气活血解毒组无显著性差异(P＞0.05),其余两组差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05～0.01).结论以益气活血解毒立法处方抑瘤作用确切,较益气组和益气解毒组作用明显;胃移停颗粒能抑制P53和PCNA的表达,对肿瘤生长过程中肿瘤细胞的基因水平有影响作用.
