本文对经体外震波碎石或手术取出的尿结石263块,借助于红外分光光度计进行成分分析.结果表明,混合结石占80.98%,单纯结石19.02%;草酸盐结石79.85%、磷酸盐结石12.92%,碳酸盐结石4.18%,尿酸结石3.04%.对119块尿结石,以高效液相色谱仪测定胆固醇浓度。结果表明均含有胆固醇.其中磷酸盐混合结石浓度(1.2876±0.7005mg/g)显著高于草酸盐混合结石(0.8524±0.3747mg/g)、单纯草酸盐结石和尿酸结石(0.5936±0.0162mg/g),差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。本文对尿结石的成因和预防进行了初步探讨。
In this paper, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy or surgical removal of 263 urinary stones, with the help of infrared spectrophotometer for component analysis.The results show that the mixed stone accounted for 80.98%, simple stone 19.02%; oxalate stone 79.85%, phosphate stone 12.92%, carbonate stones 4.18%, uric acid stones 3.04% of 119 urinary stones, high performance liquid chromatography determination of cholesterol concentration. The results showed that both of them contained cholesterol, in which the concentration of phosphate mixed stone (1.2876 ± 0.7005mg / g) was significantly higher than oxalate mixed stone (0.8524 ± 0.3747mg / g), simple oxalate stone and uric acid stone (0.5936 ± 0.0162mg / g), the difference was significant (P <0.01). This article made a preliminary discussion on the cause and prevention of urolithiasis.
