文章在分析高职航海教育特点的基础上,针对目前航海企业对人才要求的现状,提出了航海教育工学结合的新思路。学校、企业、政府联合育人;改革课程体系,按国际标准构建“多证融通”的课程体系;改革传统教学模式,采用仿真设备,营造逼真的模拟教学环境,实现教学做于一体;拓宽培养途径,注重学生综合素质提高;改革和创新学生考核和评价形式,以更高的要求培养出适合现代航运企业的人才。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of maritime education in higher vocational colleges, aiming at the present situation of the requirements of talented people in navigation enterprises, the article puts forward a new way of combining marine engineering with learning. Schools, enterprises and governments to jointly educate people; reforming the curriculum system and building a system of “multi-card communication” according to international standards; reforming the traditional teaching mode and adopting simulation equipment to create a realistic simulation teaching environment so that teaching can be integrated into one; Broaden the ways of training, pay attention to the overall quality of students to improve; reform and innovation in student assessment and evaluation of the form, with higher requirements to train qualified personnel for modern shipping companies.
