语文课堂教学的效率是语文教学的生命,而这生命能否得以延续,取决于教师是否调动学生学习的主动性和积极性,能充分发掘学生的兴趣点,能否做到与文本有机结合,提升孩子们对文本的感悟,真情演绎文本内涵,让我们的语文教学呈现实效。“语文课程应致力于学生语文素养的形成与发展。”语文素养是以语文能力为核心,是语文能力和语文知识、语言积累、思想情感、思维品质、审美情趣、学习方法、学习习惯的融合。语文素养不仅表现为较强的识字能力、阅读能力、作文能力和口语交际能力,而且表现为较强的综合运用能力——在生活中运用语文的能力以及不断更新知识的能力。语文素养是促进学生德、智、体、美和谐发展的语文素质,因此,全面提高学生的语文素养,将是广大语文教育工作者的不懈追求。下面笔者就领会新课程标准精神实质及多年的教学实践谈一些做法和体会。

Now I will understand the spirit of the new curriculum standards and years of teaching practice to talk about some practices and experience.
