由于高职教育市场的竞争日趋激烈和开放式办学的需要,高职院校进行ISO9000质量认证在很大程度上成为业内的共识。然而,引入ISO9000认证后的体系运行并不总令人满意,没有与之相应的文化的支持是最重要的原因。本文力求探讨高职院校质量文化和ISO9000质量管理体系的关系,并为高职院校的质量文化建设提供建议。 Due to the increasingly fierce competition in the vocational education market and the need of open running schools, the ISO9000 quality certification of higher vocational colleges has largely become the consensus in the industry. However, the system operation after the introduction of ISO9000 certification is not always satisfactory and the absence of corresponding cultural support is the most important reason. This article seeks to explore the relationship between the quality culture of higher vocational colleges and ISO9000 quality management system and provide suggestions for the quality culture construction of higher vocational colleges.
