用60Coγ射线对17个野生稻种共53份材料和栽培稻8个地方品种的种子进行3种剂量的辐照处理。结果表明,种子发芽率和成株率与不辐照种子相比有变异,且变异大小与辐照的剂量有关;M2代出现的突变以普通野生稻、古巴多年生野生稻和栽培稻较多,其余野生稻种未发现突变株。突变体中以株高、抽穗期的变化较大,以3.5万rad、361rad/min处理的突变率较高,2.5万rad、209rad/min处理的突变率较低,4.5万rad、452rad/min处理因辐照剂量大,多数材料未能成苗。野生稻经辐照诱变后有栽培化倾向
Fifty-three materials from 17 wild rice species and 8 cultivated rice varieties were irradiated with 60Co γ-rays.
