去年,我新接的这个教学班由于种种原故,各项工作均属后进之列。我一接班就发现推动工作难度很大,特别是由于长期后进,使学生普遍产生自卑心理。具体表现在以下几点: 1.意志消沉,不愿意亲近老师,顾虑重重,有话不愿讲。 2.对学校开展的各类竞赛缺乏勇气,神情紧张与表示超然并存。 3.课上气氛不活跃,精神不集中,有的总爱低着头听课,多数学生不愿主动举手回答问题。 4.课下情绪不够活跃。为此,我采用逐一或小群体的问话方式,对学生心理趋向进行了调查。结果表明,该班学生心理特征主要表现为:学生对各类事物的选择“不希望程度”的占3/5,特别是对有竞争含义的事物往往持不赞成或回避态度,存在着自愧不如的心态,
Last year, as a result of various reasons, this new teaching class I took over from the school was inferior.
