利用光学显微镜对ST12钢板在拉深及再结晶退火后的不同部位显微组织进行了观察。结果表明:ST12钢拉深后,圆角区域的铁素体晶粒发生了拉伸变形,直壁中间区域的组织演变与圆角部位相差不大,直壁口部的组织发生了压缩变形。拉深件经650℃×0.5 h的再结晶退火后,圆角区域的内侧没有发生再结晶,外侧为粗大的再结晶组织。ST12钢拉深件直壁的下部,铁素体组织严重粗大,该处的拉深变形为ST12钢再结晶退火的临界变形。
The microstructure of ST12 steel was observed by optical microscope at different parts after drawing and recrystallization annealing. The results show that the ferrite grains in the fillet area undergo tensile deformation after drawing of ST12 steel. The microstructure evolution in the middle of the straight wall is similar to that of the fillet, and the deformation of the wall of the straight wall is compressive. After the deep drawing was recrystallized and annealed at 650 ℃ for 0.5 h, no recrystallization took place on the inside of the fillet area and the coarse recrystallized structure on the outside. The lower part of straight wall of ST12 steel drawing part has serious ferrite structure, and the deep drawing deformation here is the critical deformation of recrystallization annealing of ST12 steel.
